Digital website? BOOM – got that. Social Media – Yep! Hard Copies to search and find? Fuck Yeah! Most importantly – the kids are now the adults in the room. Watch out. We are wordly, informed, and access places we never could back in the day. We use this access to help inform the youngins that are key contributors in allows us to use this platform the bridge the gap in ages – and doing it all for the culture.
In new news – we have a working relationship with the International Network of Street Papers to help spread voices and impact – all the while in a joint effort to help the unhoused and under employed. What could be more DOPE than giving back?!?!?!
Oh – and did we mention that we have distribution not only in Chicago – but also Seattle AND the UK (London, Manchester, Birmingham for all your knuckleheads that need to brush up on Geography). So, to be clear – we are taking a Chicago staple and broadening our focus outwards for the worlds benefit. Go big or go home right?
With that – we know you’ll dig the 8 Tracks. We are following the path we blazed earlier, refreshing it for the new age, and setting our sights high in a space where teens and young people sorely need a hand-held magazine to call their own. So dig in, read up, and let us know how you feel. Our articles are not meant to preach – but do expect some mental push ups (well, most of the articles at least).
